I currently support retail consumer printers, and I am studying to get my MCSE and CCNA. My job entails using a Windows based machine with multiple software systems, while conversing with customers who have technical support issues with their printers. I average 30-50 calls a day at my current level of employment. I am currently required to maintain a good working knowledge of all forms of Microsoft Windows, as well as other applications and programs such as MS DOS.
